1:1 Movement Rehabilitation Tutoring - MRT 

What to expect in this adult-focused service: We need to get some background through our client history forms. Then we chat so you have an opportunity to be heard.  After that, we go into a postural, structural and functional assessment to see what your body has to say.  Onto the manipulations, if they are necessary to realign your posture.  These will be taught to you if it's possible, so that you can treat yourself. Then it's time to move and teach your body how to maintain this optimal posture. These movements become your homework. We repeat this process as many times as necessary in the one-hour appointment. 

Through this process, we strive to not only realign your posture but to get all your systems working together. Such as the nervous system, myofascial tissues, lymphatic system, bone structure, etc.

Assessment: $175. 75 min 
Follow-up:$150.  60 min 
Reset: $80. 30 min 
Fine-tuning: $50. 15 min 
February 1st, 2026, all service rates will increase by $10.

Movement Tutor Ltd. works with adults only on a scheduled appointment basis and thus requires that you provide 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Should you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will then be charged in full for that appointment. You will be required to pre-pay for booked appointments going forward if you have not shown up and/or not given adequate notice to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for understanding that all we really have for sale is our time, and when you book that time, it becomes your responsibility to pay for that time.
