Peggy has honestly changed my life.
Long story short a few years ago I was in so much pain I couldn't even walk around the block. I had visited countless practicioners - chiro, massage, physio, doctors, etc. I found Movement Tutor by a random Google search. She took the time to listen to my lengthy journey and address each problem I had. My journey isn't over yet but in LESS than 1 year Peggy had helped get my pain levels to such a low level that I was able to do an 8km hike at 350 m elevation. This may seem very trivial to those who are continually active BUT when you go from being only able to do a walk around the block to that type of walk is super exciting! I can move better, I'm not scared to be active, and I got my life back.
